Ice makers

MB “Restoranų įranga” – the official distributor of “Brema Group” S.p.A. ice makers in Lithuania.
We offer new equipment, professional warranty and post-warranty service, as well as original spare parts.

Commercial ice makers from „Brema Ice“ (Italy) and „ITV“ (Spain) for bars, restaurants, hotels and food retail. The range covers self-contained ice makers with a built-in bin, modular ice makers that sit on a separate bin, and ice storage bins.

What kind of ice do you need?

  • Ice cubes („Ice Cube“) — Brema’s solid cubes, shaped like a truncated cone, from 13 to 60 g. You choose the cube size when ordering, and the machine makes cubes of that size; the CB 184 HC makes a single 13 g size. The all-round choice for drinks.
  • „B-Qube“ — 23 g cubes in Brema’s registered design (CB „B-Qube“ models), created for cocktails: they melt slowly, so the last sip tastes like the first.
  • „Ice finger“ — hollow, thimble-shaped 20 g pieces (IMF series). The shape gives each piece a large cooling surface, which is why Brema recommends them for carbonated drinks.
  • „Fast Ice“ — small cubes of about 7 g, shaped like a truncated pyramid (VB series); according to Brema, they chill drinks quickly.
  • Ice pebbles („Ice Pebbles“) — small pieces of compressed ice, about 8 × 16 × 7 mm (TB series), particularly suited to muddled cocktails.
  • Ice flakes („Ice Flakes“) — granular ice (GB series) for food display — fish and seafood on a counter, for example.

How to choose

  • Output — Brema quotes it for 21 °C air and 15 °C water. In a hotter room a machine makes less ice; most of our Brema product pages also give the output at 32 °C air and 21 °C water.
  • Bin — choose the capacity by how much ice you need at any one time. When the bin is full, production stops; when you take ice out, it starts again.
  • Location — some undercounter models stand on adjustable 110–150 mm feet, so check the headroom under your counter before you buy — our Brema product pages give the height including the feet. Modular ice makers sit on a separate bin.
  • Cooling — air or water. Water-cooled machines use several times more water; the exact figures are on our Brema product pages.
  • Drain — the machine drains by gravity, so it needs an outlet below it; otherwise, choose a drain pump (DP) version, listed on the pages of the models that offer it.
  • Wi-Fi — the AWS 2.0 Wi versions of Brema CB models can be monitored and controlled through the „Brema Connect“ app.
  • Water — connect to the drinking-water mains (not reverse-osmosis or deionised water); where the water is particularly hard, Brema recommends a filter.

Brema ice makers must be cleaned and sanitised at least once a month. Cleaning products and original Brema spare parts are also available in our shop.
