French manufacturer • Since 1954
Since 1954 France's „Santos“ has been making equipment for food preparation, coffee grinding and juicing. The company designs and builds all its machines in its own factory in Lyon, working with local suppliers.
MB „Restoranų įranga“ is the official distributor of „Santos“ S.A.S. in Lithuania.
Every unit tested
„Santos“ appliances are hand-assembled by operators who are responsible for them from the start of production to final inspection, and every unit is tested after assembly.
The first brushless blender
„Santos“ appliances are known for their robustness and reliability, thanks in part to long experience in making motors, and the company was the first to put a brushless motor in a blender.
Parts for over 10 years
„Santos“ appliances are built to last, and the company guarantees all spare parts for more than 10 years after production, so an appliance can be repaired again and again.
The „Santos“ #70 Evolution is a lever citrus juicer adapted to intensive use. It has an average output of 50 L/h and a 300 W motor.
With one universal cone you squeeze oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruit, then serve the juice fresh or use it in fruit cocktails, punches and syrups.
The duty cycle is 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off (EN 60335-2-64) — the time it takes to squeeze the juice and then prepare and serve the drinks.
You squeeze each fruit half in about five seconds: while you press the lever, a patented clutch couples the cone to the running motor, and when you release the lever the cone stops.
The pressing cup sits on an articulated, ergonomic lever and presses the fruit half onto the cone.
You squeeze straight into a glass or jug up to 220 mm tall, standing on a removable drip tray with a grid.
The juicer is quick to clean: the cone, pressing cup and bowl come off and are made of stainless steel. Materials in contact with food comply with Regulations (EC) No 1935/2004 and (EU) No 10/2011.
You squeeze juice at the bar, in front of your customers: the flexible splash guard on the lever dampens the noise, the seals reduce vibration, and the noise level is 65 dB(A) at 1 m.
The juicer is built to last: made in France, it carries the „Longtime®“ label for robustness and durability. The body is painted cast aluminium, the asynchronous motor has thermal and overload protection, and the waterproof switch has an indicator light.
The #70 Evolution is our citrus juicer for larger volumes: 50 L/h on average, a cone that takes grapefruit and a spout high enough for jugs.

If 30 L/h and glasses up to 135 mm are enough, choose the „Santos“ #10; to squeeze pomegranates as well and start the motor with the lever itself, go for the „Bartscher“ CS1.
The cone, pressing cup, bowl, drip tray and grid go in the dishwasher; the base and motor unit just need a wipe with a damp sponge. The bearings are lubricated for life.
Wear parts — the cone and the pressing cup — are replaceable. Spare parts are ordered by the manufacturer's part numbers: cone — 70200, drip tray with grid — 70710. Part numbers for everything else are in the spare parts diagram on the ‘Technical Data Sheet’ tab.
The juicer comes with a universal cone, pressing cup, splash guard, bowl and drip tray with grid. A glass raiser is available to order separately.
