„Cappuccino Perfect“ — liquid milk system cleaner
Cleaner for automatic milk frothers, steam wands and milk containers. 1 L bottle with a dosing chamber.
„Cappuccino Perfect“ is a liquid cleaner made in Italy by „REPA“. It removes milk fat residues and other organic deposits, keeping the milk system free from blockages so that the milk flows freely and froths well.
The product is a light blue liquid that dissolves readily in water; it is alkaline, with a pH of 11.48 in a 5 % solution. Its surfactants remove milk protein deposits and emulsify and disperse dirt, while sequestering agents (EDTA and phosphonates) limit the limescale build-up caused by hard water. For professional use.

Directions for use
Dosage. About 50 ml of product per litre of water. The bottle's dosing chamber is marked at 5 and 10 cl (50 and 100 ml).
Automatic milk frother:
- Add about 50 ml of product to 1 L of water.
- Place the suction tube in the solution and let the frother draw in all of it.
- Then rinse the frother by letting it draw in at least 1 L of clean water.
If the coffee machine's instructions specify a different milk system cleaning procedure, follow them.
Warning: causes serious eye irritation (H319). Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye or face protection, and wash your hands thoroughly after handling. If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes; remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do, and continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, get medical advice. Do not transfer the product to another container — it could be mistaken for food. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Store only in the original, tightly closed container in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. In damp conditions, the EDTA salt it contains can corrode light metals such as aluminium.
