„Puly Bar Igienic®“ — surface cleaning spray

For everyday cleaning of bar and kitchen surfaces and equipment: spray, wipe, no rinsing. 1 L bottle with a trigger sprayer.

„Puly Bar Igienic®“ is an Italian hard-surface cleaner made by „Asachimici“, the company behind the „Puly Caff“ range. It removes food residue, oil, grease and traces of rancid fat from stainless steel, lacquered and painted surfaces, plastic, glass, mirrors, marble and wood. It does not foam, evaporates quickly and leaves no residue, streaks or unpleasant odour, so there is nothing to rinse off.

It belongs to the „Linea New“ range from „Puly Caff“ and can be used throughout the working day, not only at the end of a shift. According to the manufacturer, it complies with HACCP requirements and has been tested and certified to EN 13727 as bacteriostatic, meaning it limits or inhibits the growth of bacteria. The label also states that it removes germs and bacteria. It is made with ingredients of plant origin and the mixture is readily biodegradable. Although it contains alcohol, it is not classified as flammable. The manufacturer says it cleans and hygienises (‘pulisce e igienizza’) but does not call it a disinfectant, and the safety data sheet describes it as a spray cleaner for hard surfaces. If your HACCP plan requires disinfection, use an authorised biocidal product (disinfectant) for that step. For professional use.

Where to use it

• Espresso machine and coffee grinder bodies (stainless steel, lacquered and painted finishes) and the outside of the grinder's bean hopper.
• Worktops and tables, sinks and taps, refrigerated counters and glassware trolleys.
• Slicers, chopping boards, knives and knife blocks.
• Extractor hoods, glass, mirrors and window frames.
• Toilets and other sanitary ware.

For use in bars, restaurants, canteens, cafés and offices. The cleaner is intended for external surfaces: for group heads, milk systems and grinder burrs, „Puly Caff“ makes dedicated cleaners („Puly Caff Plus“, „Puly Milk Plus®“, „Puly Grind Crystals“).

How to use

1. Remove any solid food residue from the surface.
2. Spray the cleaner onto the surface.
3. Wipe with a clean cloth or a paper towel.
4. Wait 30 seconds for the cleaner to take effect; the surface is then ready to use. The cleaner evaporates on its own, so there is no need to rinse.

Warning: causes serious eye irritation (H319). Wear protective gloves and eye and face protection, and work in a well-ventilated area. If in eyes, rinse with running water for several minutes, holding the eyelids open; if eye irritation persists, get medical advice. If you feel unwell, call a poison centre or a doctor. If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Keep the bottle closed after use and store it in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place below 30 °C, away from heat sources, sunlight, food, drink and oxidising agents.
