„DeLonghi“ EcoDecalk mini — descaling liquid for coffee machines

Lactic acid descaler for coffee machines. Two 100 ml bottles for two descalings.

„DeLonghi“ EcoDecalk mini is a lactic acid descaling liquid that keeps the coffee machine’s water system clean and free from limescale. The lactic acid is produced by fermenting carbohydrates. The liquid suits all coffee machines — espresso, bean-to-cup and filter coffee.

The descaler is listed in the NSF Nonfood Compounds Program (category A3). Made in Italy.

Applications

• Espresso machines.
• Bean-to-cup coffee machines.
• Filter coffee machines.

Directions for use

1. Pour the contents of the bottle (100 ml) into the machine’s water tank and add as much water as the coffee machine’s instructions specify.
2. Place a container under the coffee spout to collect the solution.
3. Start the machine’s descaling programme, or run the solution through the machine as if making coffee.
4. Rinse the tank thoroughly, fill it with clean water and run it through the machine several times.

If the coffee machine’s instructions specify a different descaling procedure, follow them.

Safe use

Danger: causes serious eye damage (H318) and skin irritation (H315). Wear protective gloves and eye or face protection, and wash your hands thoroughly after handling. If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for at least 15 minutes; remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do, and continue rinsing, then immediately call a poison centre or a doctor. If on skin, wash with plenty of soap and water. Keep out of reach of children. Store the container tightly closed in a well-ventilated place, out of direct sunlight and away from strong bases and oxidising agents.
