The analogue control panel allows independent adjustment of ceiling and floor temperature, ensuring uniform heat distribution on the fire stones. The system reaches and maintains a constant temperature up to 450 °C.

FULL REFRACTORY STONE CHAMBER
Every model can be ordered with full refractory stone chamber, adding Activestone on the ceiling and side walls.
This system delivers incredibly even cooking which means you won’t have to rotate the pans.
What’s more, with stone on every internal surface, the oven maintains a constant average temperature every time you open and close the door.
