Pass-through (hood-type) dishwashers suit busy kitchens and wash up to 1,080 plates an hour. With the hood raised, the 500 × 500 mm basket slides in from one side and out the other, so the machine fits neatly between inlet and outlet tables. Items up to 430 mm tall fit inside. All models need a three-phase 400 V supply.
