„Omniwash Group“ has been designing and building professional glasswashers and dishwashers for 40 years. Its factory is in the province of Monza and Brianza, one of Italy's most important industrial areas.

Wash pumps

„Omniwash“ designs its wash pumps in-house. They deliver consistent results, cycle after cycle.

Rinse boiler

A system in the rinse boiler maintains the rinse water temperature, so items are rinsed properly.

Surface filters

Surface filters catch dirt and food scraps, so the wash water stays cleaner for longer. They are standard on Prestige machines and the Smart S60 and S60P, and optional on the others.

Low running costs

Peristaltic dispensers accurately control detergent and rinse-aid consumption. They are standard on Prestige machines and optional on the others (the Easy E35, Smart S35 and Smart S40 take only one). The Incoloy heating elements heat water quickly and help to save energy.

The control panel is simple and clear, and the wash and rinse arms are easy to remove and clean.

„Omniwash“ makes its machines in three ranges — Easy, Smart and Prestige.

Easy — undercounter glasswashers and dishwashers with electromechanical controls and a single wash cycle. They are easy to operate and have low running costs.

Smart — undercounter glasswashers and dishwashers with electronic controls, three wash cycles, a cold rinse function and a guaranteed rinse temperature, plus the S60 and S60P pass-through (hood-type) dishwashers with electromechanical controls.

Prestige — a glasswasher, undercounter and pass-through dishwashers and a pot washer, all with electronic controls. Peristaltic detergent and rinse-aid dispensers, a guaranteed rinse temperature, a guaranteed rinse pressure system, a drain pump, and stainless steel arms and surface filters come as standard.

Sustainability

To save water and energy, the manufacturer recommends running each cycle with a full basket.

It also advises using good-quality detergents, dosed according to water hardness — no more than needed.

„Omniwash“ uses production methods aimed at reducing emissions and improving material recycling, and its packaging is designed to use as little material as possible.

Double-walled pass-through dishwasher

A Prestige-range pass-through dishwasher with a digital control panel, built for a steady flow of plates and glasses.

Every structural part, including the body, the hood on all sides, the lid and the side panels, is double-walled to keep in heat and noise, so the area around the machine stays quieter and cooler.

The machine is made in Italy, and its body is AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel.

Who it is for

A hood-type machine is built for a steady, high volume of washing-up: this one washes up to 1,080 plates or 1,500 glasses an hour. Items up to 430 mm tall fit under the hood, and you choose from eight wash cycles.

Digital control panel

You choose the wash cycle with the panel buttons and tailor one of the cycles to your needs. The same buttons set the display language.

When the machine needs attention, the display shows a message with a short description, so you see straight away what to check.

Drains and rinses itself

The machine drains the dirty water and rinses itself out with clean water automatically, so its interior stays clean and hygienic.

Two wash pumps

Items stay put in the basket: the wash starts with the first circuit feeding the upper wash arm, whose jet removes dirt and holds the items in place.

The P60 has two 0.75 kW wash pumps with separate hydraulic circuits: after a few moments the second pump starts, and the items are washed by both circuits together.

A washing line with tables

With the hood raised, you slide the basket in from the inlet table and pull it out onto the outlet table, so the items move in one direction. You set the tables out in a straight line or in a corner.

We offer a left-hand or right-hand inlet table with a sink and a chute for food scraps, and a 630 mm or 832 mm wide outlet and drying table.

The hood is easy to raise with both hands: the handles sit on the outer edges of the front panel and stand clear of the body, so your hands stay away from the heat and steam.

Washing and rinsing

Items are washed with a strong spray: the stainless steel wash and rinse arms come apart completely and are easy to clean, so the nozzles stay clear.

The wash water stays clean for longer, because stainless steel surface filters catch dirt and food scraps.

The machine washes the items at 62 °C and rinses them with hot 82 °C water: the rinse starts once the water in the boiler has reached the set temperature.

Water heats up quickly and you use less electricity, thanks to Incoloy heating elements.

Accurate chemical dosing

You use just as much detergent and rinse aid as the job needs: peristaltic dispensers accurately control how much of each is used.

Comparison

The Prestige P60 is a double-walled pass-through dishwasher with a digital panel, supplied with dispensers, a drain pump and a rinse pressure control system.

  • For pots and baking trays up to 470 mm tall, choose the Prestige P80.
  • For the same output with electromechanical controls, there is the Smart S60P; if 720 plates an hour are enough, the Smart S60.

Installation and connection

  • Electricity: three-phase and neutral 400 V, 50 Hz supply (3N~); total power rating 7.5 kW.
  • Water: mains pressure 2–4 bar, supply water up to 50 °C, 3/4″ supply hose connection.
  • Drain: 25 mm drain hose. The drain pump comes as standard, so the drain connection may sit higher than the machine’s drain outlet.
  • Space: 650 × 873 × 1,535 mm (W × D × H); raising the hood takes 2,025 mm of headroom. Net weight 170 kg.

Running costs

For hard water we recommend the „DVA“ LT16 or „DVA“ LT20 water softener with 3/4″ connections: softened water carries less limescale, so less scale builds up in the machine.

What’s included

Peristaltic detergent and rinse-aid dispensers, a rinse pressure control system, a drain pump, stainless steel wash and rinse arms and surface filters, and two 500 × 500 mm baskets come as standard.

In the ‘Extras’ field you can also order a break tank, whose air gap protects the mains water supply from backflow.

For deep plates we offer an extra 500 × 500 mm basket; a pre-rinse spray on a flexible hose and a reverse osmosis system are available on request.
