Trolley for seven GN 1/1 containers

The „Bartscher“ 300192 is a stainless steel trolley with seven levels for GN containers and a shelf on top.

According to the manual, it is intended for clearing away and transporting food in suitable containers. The levels are 80 mm apart, and the runners take GN 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 and 2/3 containers up to 65 mm deep. Each level carries up to 8 kg and the trolley as a whole up to 60 kg.

The frame is made from 25 × 25 mm square stainless steel tubing. On top there is a 390 × 555 mm shelf that takes up to 5 kg.

Container locks

The trolley can be loaded from either end, and there is a container lock at the front and another at the rear. Once the containers are in, pull each lock up and fold it across the containers to stop them sliding out in transit.

The GN containers and trays shown in the photos are not included and are sold separately.

Castors

The trolley runs on four Ø 125 mm swivel castors, two of them with brakes. The trolley can be levelled by screwing the castors in or out. Once it is in place, apply the brakes so that it cannot be moved or tipped over by accident.

Four plastic buffers fitted to the corners of the frame above the castors protect walls and furniture.

Assembly and care

The trolley is delivered flat-packed. The kit contains two side frames with the runners and container locks already fitted, the top shelf, two cross members, four castors (two with brakes), four buffers, screws with washers and an Allen key. The manual illustrates each assembly step. Fit the two braked castors at one end and the other two at the opposite end.

Clean the trolley regularly with warm water and a soft damp cloth, using a mild detergent if needed, then dry it. Use only cleaners suitable for stainless steel: abrasive, solvent-based or caustic products can damage the surface.

Dimensions and weight

The trolley is 450 mm wide, 670 mm deep and 1,000 mm high, and it weighs 12.1 kg. GN containers, trays and grids are not included.
