Trolley for eighteen GN 1/1 containers

The „Bartscher“ 300195 is a tall stainless steel trolley with eighteen levels for GN containers.

According to the manual, it is intended for clearing away and transporting food in suitable containers. The levels are 80 mm apart, and the runners take GN 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 and 2/3 containers up to 65 mm deep. Each level carries up to 10 kg, but the total load must not exceed 80 kg.

The frame is made from 26 × 26 mm square stainless steel tubing. The trolley has a footprint of just 445 × 670 mm and stands 1,890 mm high. It has no top shelf.

Container locks

The trolley can be loaded from either end, and there is a container lock at the front and another at the rear. Once the containers are in, pull each lock up and fold it across the containers to stop them sliding out in transit.

The GN containers and trays shown in the photos are not included and are sold separately.

Castors

The trolley runs on four Ø 125 mm swivel castors, two of them with brakes. The trolley can be levelled by screwing the castors in or out. Once it is in place, apply the brakes so that it cannot be moved or tipped over by accident.

Four plastic buffers fitted to the corners of the frame above the castors protect walls and furniture.

Assembly and care

The trolley is delivered flat-packed. The kit contains two side frames with the runners and container locks already fitted, two connecting struts, four castors (two with brakes), four buffers, twelve M8 × 15 screws with cap nuts and an Allen key. Each strut is bolted to both side frames, with three screws and cap nuts at each joint. The manual illustrates every step. Fit the two braked castors at one end and the other two at the opposite end.

Clean the trolley regularly with warm water and a soft damp cloth, using a mild detergent if needed, then dry it. Use only cleaners suitable for stainless steel: abrasive, solvent-based or caustic products can damage the surface.

The trolley is 445 mm wide, 670 mm deep and 1,890 mm high, and it weighs 21.3 kg. GN containers, trays and grids are not included.
