Combi oven for 11 GN 1/1 trays
The „Inoxtrend“ LU DT 111E from the Level-Up range is a versatile oven for roasting, baking, grilling, frying, braising and steaming. It also does part of the work itself: it cooks from recipes, tells you when to load and remove each tray and cleans its own chamber.
The chamber takes 11 standard GN 1/1 trays (530 × 325 mm) at 67 mm spacing, short side facing the door. The indicative capacity is 150 meals, and the design suits open-plan kitchens too.
Key features
A capacitive screen with the menu in 13 languages, Lithuanian included.
A separate cooking time for each level, so different dishes cook at the same time.
The oven tells you when to load and remove each tray, so every dish is ready on time.
A recipe book tested by the manufacturer’s chefs, plus your own recipes of up to 20 steps each.
Supplied with the oven; Delta T keeps a constant gap between chamber and core temperatures.
Easy to keep clean, with thick stainless-steel tray runners that lift out for separate washing.
Its double grip lets you open the door even with your hands full.
An LED strip in the door and a chamber light illuminate every corner of the tray.
In daily use
Hot air reaches 270 °C, hot air with steam 240 °C (adjustable humidity), and steam mode runs at 30–130 °C. The fan has two speeds, there is a separate mode for delicate dishes, and a valve lets excess steam out automatically.
The oven preheats the chamber to 20 °C above the set temperature, making up for the heat lost when you open the door, and beeps when it is ready for the trays. With the core probe, cooking ends when the inside of the food reaches the set temperature (20–99 °C); in Delta T mode the oven keeps a constant difference between chamber and core temperature throughout.
Cooking can be delayed by up to 23 h 59 min: at the set time the oven heats up and starts by itself. An extra final phase can keep the food warm (from 45 °C) until you take it out. After high-temperature cooking, the cooling function cools the chamber down for the next dish.
Several dishes at once
Multi Level lets you set a separate time for each level, while Multi Cooking is for dishes that cook in the same mode and settings: the oven tells you when to load or remove each tray. Multi Cooking sessions can be saved and used again.
All Start
All dishes start together and the oven tells you when each one comes out — ideal for cook-chill with a blast chiller.
All End
The oven tells you when to put each dish in, so they are all ready together for service.
Multi End
Each group of dishes finishes together at its own time — for example, separate service for children and adults at the same banquet.
Recipes and controls
The memory holds a cookbook of recipes tested by „Inoxtrend“ chefs: pasta and rice, meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, eggs, pastry and more. You can edit recipes and save your own — up to 1,000 recipes with up to 20 phases each.
The oven has a USB port and records HACCP data, and over Wi-Fi it receives new software versions, languages and recipes. Recipes can also be sent from the control panel to a tablet or smartphone. The menu comes in 13 languages, Lithuanian included.
Door and lighting
The patented double-grip handle lets you open the door even with your hands full; the oven stops as soon as the door opens. An LED strip in the door and a chamber light illuminate the trays. Hinged on the left; a right-hinged door (PC 111C) is available to order.
Automatic cleaning
The oven cleans its own chamber using detergent tablets, which are loaded from the outside into a round holder below the control panel. There are five programmes:
- short — for daily cleaning or light soiling, 1 tablet;
- medium — for less frequent cleaning and moderate soiling, 2 tablets;
- long — for infrequent cleaning, 3 tablets;
- rinse — with plain water, removes light residues from the previous cooking cycle; recommended after cooking strong-smelling food;
- manual — a back-up programme: the oven tells you when to spray detergent into the chamber.
Where the water is harder than 10 °fH (French degrees), the manufacturer also recommends rinse aid: put one rinse-aid tablet in the same holder as the detergent tablets and run the rinse programme after the cleaning cycle.
We sell „Detabinox“ detergent tablets from „Inoxtrend“ (packs of 100) separately, and can bring in „Brillinox“ rinse-aid tablets (packs of 80) to order.
Seamless chamber and removable tray runners
The AISI 304 stainless-steel chamber has rounded corners and is welded from the outside, so there are no seams or crevices inside where grease could build up — it is easy to keep clean.
The thick stainless-steel runners hold heavy trays securely, and with the runners removed, automatic cleaning reaches the whole chamber.
Which oven to choose
The LU DT 111E and the ProEvo Plus PPDT 111E have a lot in common. Both ovens are electric, take 11 GN 1/1 trays lengthwise at 67 mm spacing, make steam by injecting water straight into the chamber and are rated at 16.4 kW. Both are operated from a touch screen and have a core probe with Delta T, automatic cleaning with detergent tablets and a USB port.
- LU DT 111E (Level-Up) — the better-equipped of the two: a larger 7″ touch screen, Multi Level and Multi Cooking, and memory for up to 1,000 recipes.
- If a 5″ screen with recipe memory and Multi Level is enough, choose the ProEvo Plus PPDT 111E.

The Level-Up range also includes the LU DT 107E (7 × GN 1/1), the gas-fired LU DT 111G and, for GN 2/1 trays, the LU DT 207E (7 × GN 2/1) and LU DT 211E (11 × GN 2/1) — we can supply these models on request.
Recommended: automatic water softening
Hard water leaves limescale in the oven, so the oven needs a water softener on its supply line. We recommend automatic „Aquaphor“ softeners: they remove iron and manganese and work with mains or well water.
At 10 °fH or below, „Detabinox“ detergent tablets handle the washing on their own — no rinse-aid tablets needed.
Choose the „Aquaphor“ S550 or the larger S800, which suits kitchens that use more water.
The installer adds a blending line so the oven receives water at 4–12 °fH, as the manufacturer requires.
Installation
- Electrical: 380–415 V 3N~, 50/60 Hz, 16.4 kW, current 25 A, supply cable 5 × 6 mm². At extra cost, the oven can be built for a 230 V three-phase supply. A circuit breaker must be fitted in the supply line, and the oven must be connected to the equipotential bonding system (screw at the back).
- Water: G ¾″ connection, pressure 1.5–2.5 bar. Water hardness 4–12 °fH, conductivity 50–2,000 µS/cm, chlorine (Cl₂) below 0.2 mg/l, chlorides below 150 mg/l. Water temperature 15–20 °C, pH above 7. For harder water, the manufacturer advises fitting a water softener between the mains and the oven; we sell the „DVA“ LT12 softener and the automatic „Aquaphor“ S550 and S800 softeners. Connect the oven to the cold supply with rigid pipes; an easily accessible isolating valve must be fitted between the mains and the oven, and the manufacturer suggests a cartridge filter on the inlet pipe.
- Drain: chamber drain, outer diameter 40 mm.
- Room and clearances: room temperature 5–35 °C, relative humidity up to 70 %. The oven must stand level on a stand or shelf that keeps it stable. Leave at least 1 cm on the left and 50 cm on the right between the oven and any wall or other equipment, and enough room at the back to see and reach the equipotential bonding terminal; installation and servicing are done from the right-hand side.
- Dimensions and weight: 817 × 898 × 1,060 mm (W × D × H; depth includes the door handle), weight 126 kg. The „Inoxtrend“ ST LU11A stand with tray runners is available separately.
- Steam extraction: a KL2_LU1 extraction hood or a KL3_LU1 condensing hood can be ordered; both run on 230 V, 0.40 kW.
