„Sirman“ C-Tronic 9 Plus — a 9.4 L cutter with inverter and full torque

The most powerful „Sirman“ bench-top cutter — production capacity on a worktop.

The C-Tronic 9 Plus uses the same 9.4 L stainless steel bowl (5.4 L working fill) as the C-Tronic 9 VV, but is fitted with a stronger 1,500 W asynchronous motor driven by an inverter.

The difference shows in a dense mass: the inverter maintains torque across the whole 600–3,000 rpm range, so the machine does not stall at low speed — exactly where variator-controlled versions start losing power.

The internal scraper with spatula is supplied as standard: the mass is continuously returned from the bowl wall into the cutting zone, giving even processing of both volatile products and those that stick. Controls are stainless steel, rated IP 67.

Stainless steel bowl and cutlery steel blades

The bowl is stainless steel with handles and a heavy bottom. The handles let you move a full bowl safely, and the thick base keeps its shape even under intensive use.

The blades are made of hardened cutlery steel and curved so that the product is continuously guided back into the cutting zone. Bowl and blades come off without tools — cleaning takes a couple of minutes.
