„Sirman“ Blitz — a compact 3.2 L cutter for small batches
The lightest cutter in the range — 8 kg, at home on any worktop.
The Blitz is made for quick, small jobs: chopping herbs, onions and garlic, grinding nuts, preparing pâtés, spreads and sauces. A 3.2 L bowl and a blade shaft spinning at 2,800 rpm get the job done in seconds.
Base and bowl are made of heat-resistant ABS, the lid of polycarbonate with an opening for adding ingredients while running. Lid and bowl interlock, yet come apart without tools, so cleaning takes minutes.
Safety and convenience: a motor brake stops the blades as soon as the lid is opened, and the NVR 24 V control circuit with IP 67 protection prevents the machine from restarting by itself after a power cut.
