Electric combi oven „Inoxtrend“ ProEvo PEDA 105E with manual controls (5 × GN 1/1)

A combi oven for 5 GN 1/1 trays

The „Inoxtrend“ PEDA 105E is an electric combi oven from the ProEvo range. It takes 5 GN 1/1 trays, is operated with knobs and generates steam by injecting water straight into the chamber.

According to the manufacturer, the ProEvo range is meant for kitchens that value simplicity, and its compact dimensions let the oven fit where space is tight. The PEDA 105E is the manual (knob-controlled) version: it has no programmes, core probe or automatic cleaning.

The chamber has five levels for GN 1/1 trays (530 × 325 mm) with 67 mm spacing. Trays go in lengthwise (LW), with the short side facing the door. The seamless chamber and removable tray runners make cleaning easy.

Controls and door

The knobs set the cooking mode, chamber temperature (50–270 °C) and timer (up to 120 minutes or continuous). When the set time is up, a buzzer sounds and all functions stop.

The fan runs at one speed. The steam release valve is opened and closed with a knob.

The patented ergonomic double-grip handle lets you open the door even with your hands full. An LED strip in the door lights the chamber.

The standard door is hinged on the left. If your kitchen layout needs the door to open the other way, specify the right-hinged PC 105R door when ordering.

Seamless chamber and removable tray runners

The seamless chamber has no joints or crevices where grease and food residue can build up, so it is easy to keep clean and hygienic.

The tray runners are made of heavy-gauge stainless steel: sturdy, hard-wearing and able to carry fully loaded trays day after day.

The runners unhook easily from the chamber walls and can be washed separately. With them out, the whole chamber is within easy reach — including the walls they normally cover — so no grime is left hidden.

This design pays off in kitchens where the oven is in use every day and hygiene standards are strict — restaurants, schools, kindergartens and care homes.

How the PEDA 105E differs from the RDA-105E

From 1 January 2027 the PEDA 105E succeeds the „Inoxtrend“ RDA-105E in the manufacturer’s range. Capacity, shelf spacing and power consumption are the same. According to the manufacturer, the ProEvo Plus and ProEvo ranges bring:

  • redesigned control knobs that are easier to use and more precise;
  • a patented double-grip handle and LED lighting in the door;
  • a base structure made entirely of stainless steel;
  • better insulation of the technical compartment and a power board designed for greater reliability and efficiency;
  • the electrical system housed in an enclosure for easier maintenance;
  • an optional kit for stacking the electric models.

Worth knowing before you choose

  • The oven has no core probe, automatic programmes, USB port or automatic cleaning. The touch-screen PEDT 105E (710 × 830 × 620 mm) has all of these — ask us about it.
  • Steam is produced by water injection; there is no steam generator.
  • ProEvo ovens are electric only. The PEDA 105E needs a 380–415 V three-phase and neutral supply and is rated at 6 kW.
  • The PEDA 110E (10 × GN 1/1) and PEDA 115E (15 × GN 1/1) take more trays; for 7 GN 1/1 trays there is the ProEvo Plus PPDA 107E.
  • We do not yet have the manufacturer’s installation data for this model (current draw, cable, water and drain requirements) — ask us before planning the installation.

ProEvo Plus and ProEvo ovens compared

All three ovens are electric, generate steam by injecting water straight into the chamber and take trays lengthwise at 67 mm spacing. The main differences:

Installation requirements

  • Electricity: 380–415 V 3N~, 50/60 Hz, 6 kW. A version for a 230 V three-phase supply is available at extra cost.
  • Water and drain: the oven needs a mains water supply (used to make steam) and a drain. KSC 40 and KSC 50 vented water discharge kits (for 40 and 50 mm pipes) are ordered separately.
  • Size and siting: 710 × 770 × 600 mm (W × D × H), packed weight 82 kg. Place the oven on a stand or table; the „Inoxtrend“ S-61R open stand and the CRG-51R 7-level tray runners for it are ordered separately.
  • Steam extraction: a KL2_R 12 extraction hood or a KL3_R 12 condensation hood can be ordered separately; both run on a 230 V single-phase supply and are rated at 0.40 kW each.

Accessories

Available separately: the S-61R stand and the 7-level CRG-51R tray runners, the DLE hand shower, the KL2_R 12 and KL3_R 12 hoods, KSC water discharge kits, GN trays and grids.
