„Ascaso“ Baby T is a range of compact single-group espresso machines that inherit the technology of the „Ascaso“ Barista T, built for cafés. A thermoblock heats the coffee group, a separate 2.5 L stainless steel boiler supplies the steam, and a PID controller keeps the group within ±0.5 °C. The body is stainless steel and the handles are walnut.
- Coffee and milk at the same time. While the espresso is running, you are already frothing milk, and according to „Ascaso“ the thermoblock and steam boiler pairing saves up to 50% of the energy used by a conventional espresso machine.
- ONE, PLUS or FLOW. All three have a rotary pump, two displays and four programmable doses. The Baby T ONE runs from a 2 L tank. The Baby T PLUS can also be plumbed into the mains and has an insulated steam boiler, an active cup warmer on top and a phone app. The Baby T FLOW has everything the PLUS has and adds a manual flow control lever.
- Colour. We offer the Baby T PLUS and FLOW in seven colours — Black, White, Inox (stainless steel), Yellow, Red, Blue (light blue) and Pistachio; the Baby T ONE in Black.
- Where it fits. The Baby T ONE is made for the home; the Baby T PLUS and FLOW, which can be plumbed in, also suit a small café or a mobile coffee bar.
