„Celli“ 31578 — built-in pitcher and glass rinser

Stainless steel drip tray for a worktop cut-out, with grid, glass fountain and drain fitting.

Turn a glass or milk pitcher upside down, set it on the fountain’s star-shaped holder and press lightly: a jet of water rinses the inside. A bartender wets and chills a glass just before pouring a beer; a barista rinses the milk pitcher between drinks. Lift the glass and the jet stops; the water runs through the drain fitting to the waste pipe.

Components

• Drip tray and grid — stainless steel. The tray collects drips and rinse water, and glasses can stand on the grid.
• Glass fountain „Celli“ 31402 — chrome-plated brass, in the centre of the tray. The glass rests on a star-shaped holder, 115 mm in diameter.
• Drain fitting „Celli“ 31004 — next to the fountain; the drain hose connects to it.

We also sell the fountain and the drain fitting separately as spare parts: glass fountain 31402 and drain fitting 31004.

Which rinser to choose

To place the rinser on top of the worktop, choose the countertop „Celli“ 62367. Where space is tight, choose the built-in 175 × 162 mm rinser for milk pitchers and glasses.

Connection and installation

• Worktop: the 300 × 180 × 30 mm recessed part of the tray drops into the cut-out and the 330 × 210 mm rim rests on the worktop. Below the worktop, leave room for the fountain and drain bodies and the hoses.
• Water: the fountain is connected to the water supply with a hose pushed onto its 8.8 mm hose barb.
• Drain: a hose pushed onto the 14.5 mm barb of the drain fitting runs to the waste pipe.
