Plus 600: four 2 kW cast iron hotplates
A compact countertop cooker for smaller professional kitchens: it needs just 600 × 600 mm of counter space, and its cast iron hotplates heat up quickly to 400 °C.
The four hotplates have a combined output of 8 kW. Each round plate is 180 mm in diameter and rated at 2 kW. The plates are just as good at bringing large quantities of water to the boil as at keeping food hot.
The worktop and front panels are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The cooker stands on height-adjustable feet, so it is easy to level on the counter.
